HARDSOFF RETURN GUIDELINES
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to HardSoff.com. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for HardSoff.com to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at HardSoff.com's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through HardSoff.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your HardSoff Return Policy. Products that are returned to HardSoff with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
RMA Options
Please select only one RMA (refund or replacement) per request. If two products in the same order require different actions, please use two separate RMA requests.
RMA Refund
Refunds are only available for eligible items within a specific timeframe.

All RMA refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you wish to request an RMA for an item you purchased as part of a combo or bundle special, you'll need to return all items within that particular combo /bundle special.
RMA Replacement
Most products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a replacement of the same make and model. In order for your return to be processed, please return all of the materials in the original packaging.
Return for replacement within: 30 days (defective items only)
Under this policy, all Typewriters are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Typewriter that is deemed defective may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted. If a Typewriter is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Typewriter will be returned at your (the buyer's) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Typewriter and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
A defective Typewriter that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at HardSoff’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
