Shipping & Handling PoliciesOur shipping and handling fees are for shipping within the United States. We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unless otherwise stated, most items are shipped by USPS Parcel Post. International shipments are by USPS international first class. Items shipped to US locations will typically arrive within three to eight business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24 hours on business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All pre-owned and HardSoff-refurbished/reconditioned items are being sold as is with a 30 day limited warranty. We provide our refurbished/reconditioned products “as is” and without any warranty, implied or statutory aside from the 30 day limited warranty as listed. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We anticipate shipping within 3 business days of receiving funds. On very rare occasions, it may take longer. All legal matters arising from this transaction will be resolved in the State of New York, in New York County. CrownCorp will NOT be responsible for legal fees. The buyer also agrees to use Squaretrade® prior to legal proceedings. At our option, we replace or refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid to us (if you had indicated you wanted, and had paid for insurance). We are not an insurance provider. We provide a means to purchase insurance with shipping from the carrier. We do not guarantee against damage caused in transit by the carrier or any third party. The buyer agrees to transport said material at their SOLE RISK and expense and agrees fully to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE HARMLESS CrownCorp, its agents and employees against all claims or actions, of whatever nature, alleged to be based upon or arising out of this transaction or sale of material whatsoever.General Policies All applicable exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. The return package must be received within ten (10) days of the RMA issue date. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
